Crazy Elk Pizza

Equivalent to Chuck-E-Cheese Pizza. Smelled horrible in there too. Gets the job done when you’re starving. Also freezing in there and the water made me gag, couldn’t drink it.

Pizza was great. The wait was a bit excessive and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. I went when it was very busy though so that may have been an issue.

We had our kids birthday party here. There were about 30 people. Pizzas came out quick and yummy. All pizzas were eaten up right away, so assuming every one enjoyed them. They provided drink cups for the kids. Adults enjoyed pitchers of beer. It was an easy and fun party. We will do it again. Stormy, the manager checked on us, and the staff was friendly. We want to thank the Crazy Elks Staff for an easy and fun party!

The best pizza in the whole world but a bit to much grease

Is ok for snack, I ate hippie pizza and supreme (meats) pizza is soft, cheese come hard fast, if you wanna take a bite of something is your place

Homemade dough and quality toppings makes this pizza super delicious. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Great pizza! What else is important? Oh yes, they serve beer. BTW, if caught in the rain without an umbrella, large pizza box works as a substitute, plus you have pizza when U get home!!

I really like dining here. Prices are fair, food is very good, and they have some delicious options that meet the interests of most. Even gluten free crusts, and darn good salads. It's simply good pizza. I like that I can get a small salad, 1/4 pizza, and drink for under 15. In a place like Mountain Village, that's meaningful. My favorite is their Hippie Pizza (all veggie). Oh and Stubborn Soda!

The service was very good and the staff was friendly. The Margherita pizza was excellent. Loved the beer too.

Great pizza. Sauce smelled amazing from across the patio in front of Madeline's... Followed the smell to Crazy Elks and was very pleased that the pizza itself was also amazing.

Love there pizza... hate that is it's at all bust or anywhere close to closing they won't pick up there phone for orders.

Nothing fancy really.. Ate at long picnic tables.. Quit loud actually. Darts & 2 other types of games for ages 8 & up.. Ordered 1 large pepperoni, 1 large veggie, 1 small 'Italian' type, 1 small salad, 9 waters and 1 Dr. Pepper.. Took 15min to receive our food, and forever to have waiter come to table for refills... Cost was over $96!! Just because we were in Telluride... Won't return...

Got there 15 minutes before they closed, asked if was too late to get a pizza to go. Absolutely not! Was a really great experience. We just got to town about an hour earlier from Prescott AZ and had 2 starving teenagers looking for something tasty. We ordered the Hawaiian style, were not disappointed. Crust cooked well, crisp, not soggy or doughy. Toppings fresh and tasty. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Will likely buy a few more pizzas in the next few days because of our experience. Manager was very gracious. Chill environment, very pro. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great margherita pizza

My husband and I married a couple weeks ago at the top of Imogene Pass and we picked Crazy Elk as our reception dinner for us and about 25 guests. We had never eaten at Crazy Elk before so we were running blind until we showed up that day! Stormy was a great hostess! Upon our arrival the back room was set up, salads were delivered and pizza was piping hot. That pizza was excellent - we had the cheese, pepperoni, Carnivore and the Pesto. Crazy Elk even surprised us with champagne to celebrate the day! Great place to unwind and grab some pizza after an exciting trip.

I hope it was a bad night!!! We have been here a few times over the years. The lady that took our order missed a pizza, a salad and chicken on another salad. Went to the counter after waiting a 30 minutes. The above was never paid for. We asked if we could just pay to get it right. She said walked away and said nothing. I then again if we could order the above items and she said "yeah, go to the back of the line. We ended up leaving. She could have just said " I'm sorry!" We offered to pay. The pizza is good, but the lady tonight at register was rude and could use some customer service!!!

The pizza is a little better than average and the prices reasonable for a resort. Go for a pizza slice at lunch. It's a quarter of a 16" pizza and enough to satisfy any but the largest appetite.
